Another CX weekend! De Stad Smithville (preview)

It appears that after taking a week off and some easy trainer rides with one CX practice, my back is ready to shoulder the load for this weekend's stop in Smitville, Mo.

The park at Sailboat cove is a great backdrop to lay out a fun cross course on.

I am cautiously optimistic about a good performance. Please send all the good/positive vibes my direction.

Watch for some great results from the SKCross flames.

Good luck to everyone racing locally and to my friends who are rippin' it down in LOU-VULL at the USGP stop.
