Series 60 Boulevard Cup 2009 non race update :-(

I posed the question earlier- what is more painful?

• My lower back?
• Racing in a CX race

or

• Being forced to only watch a CX race because of my back?

Clearly the answer is- WATCHING! argh! If I can breakout of my realist with a slight lean to a pessimistic view, the silver lining was , this was an absolutely beautiful day to spectate.

There is more silver lining! The SKCcross team were crazy good over the course of the weekend. A small group made the trek out to Topeka for the Capital Cup and brought home some solid results. More SKCross Flames were out in force at the Boulevard Cup CX race contesting nearly every category . With podiums in:
Women's open
3's
4's
Juniors
and
Elites

Killer!

I would like to thank Mike, Gregg, and Joe for all the work they did on the race PARTY yesterday. Lefler killer it as usual! Thanks for coming down John!

Boring back update: a 180 from this time last week. Thanks again to Dr JET for all his hard work and patience with this high maintenance patient. (who me?) I am looking forward to a building style week leading up to the DeStad series stop3 in Smithville, Mo this Sunday. Keep your fingers crossed!
